In the light of test results, we work with you to a training plan that is tailored to your fitness level. To achieve healthy and effective with a lot of motivation your own training goals. After three months, we adjust the training plan again to your current fitness level and optimize it according to your preferences and requirements. Our expert team has always valuable tips to help!
